LEADING THE "NHÂN" WAY
"Nhân" is my first name, which also means kind-hearted in Vietnamese
I approach leadership the “Nhan” way, with a friendly attitude and focus on empathy and empowerment for my team to thrive and excel.
I have countless memories, but this picture captures the essence of my leadership journey so far. In the picture, I was helping a new teammate grasp the robot's working process. He was a bit shy at first, but once I proactively reached out and started asking him questions, we hit it off wonderfully! Now, we’re the best of friends, and I couldn’t be happier about it!
As the leader of my team, this experience has been incredible. I strive to inspire and guide my teammates while fostering a collaborative environment. I love encouraging everyone's ideas and strengths, and together we tackle challenges head-on. Watching my team grow and succeed is truly rewarding, and it motivates me to keep pushing for excellence!

Everyone on my team brings their unique skills and strengths, but I take it upon myself to ensure that everything aligns and runs smoothly from start to finish. I dedicate all my time to coordinating our efforts and making sure that the working process progresses perfectly. It’s my responsibility to create a cohesive environment where everyone can shine together.
